As part of RAKTA’s strategic plan aimed at electronic and smart services, the Information Technology and Mobility Solutions Department carried out an introductory workshop on the latest developments related to the electronic and smart transformation of RAKTA’s services. The workshop targeted a number of franchise companies, rental and limousine companies, school bus operators, and tourism companies in the emirate.

The workshop focused on introducing the attendees to the new system, which RAKTA is working to develop and offer its services electronically.

Whereas, the electronic transformation system pursued by RAKTA in licensing services and other services comes in response to the directives of the wise leadership in digital and smart transformation with the aim of completing transactions easily and extracting customers’ ideas and suggestions to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
