Mr. Sultan Al Zaabi, Manager of the Customer Happiness Center participated in the eleventh social service conference 2020 within the techniques of remote communication. Which was organized by the Social Services Department in Sharjah under the slogan “social capital and its impact on social development”. The conference included various discussions and sessions on brainstorming and exchanging views to promote and develop social services between institutions.
