Quality Policy

The Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority is committed to achieving leadership in regulating the transport sector and ensuring safe and reliable transportation services for all segments of society by developing policies, regulations and legislation that lead to sustainability, transport integration and customer happiness, with an emphasis on the following:

  • Continuous development of the Authority’s services and activities through the support of the leadership team, the results of the studies of the concerned groups as well as the results of the organizational performance, in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, the standards of the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence, the international standard for customer experiences as well as the perceptions of the customers, and the European enterprise model EFQM Quality Management and excellence.
  • Work to achieve quality objectives and review them periodically.
  • Commitment to achieving the relevant legal and legislative requirements and all requirements of service agreements.
  • Measuring the extent of the Authority’s customers' satisfaction with the services provided in order to meet their needs, exceed their expectations, and continuously enhance their satisfaction.
  • Work to enhance the efficiency of the Authority’s employees, make all resources available to them, motivate them to initiate, and continuous development.
